The eDavki portal is the IT system of the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, which is used in electronic transactions with the Financial Administration. It ensures the convenient, easy and safe transmission of tax forms and receipt of documents served by the Financial Administration (eVročanje). The use of the portal is free of charge.
Natural persons can assess the eDavki portal:
- with a qualified digital certificate,
- with a user account,
- by using the eDavki mobile application,
- by using SI-PASS portal.
Access to eDavki portal with a qualified digital certificate
If taxable persons use qualified digital certificates, they may file applications and receive documents via eDavki portal. Appropriate equipment and a digital certificate are required. The procedure for obtaining a qualified digital certificate can be found on the eDavki portal. You may choose from among four qualified digital certificates (SIGEN-CA /free/, POŠTA®CA, AC-NLB, and HALCOM CA).
In addition to the access to their profile of natural persons, natural persons, who have a status of company's legal representative (operator of activity, director, authorised agent, etc.), have at the same time also system access to company's profile.
Access to eDavki portal with a user account
Natural persons can also assess the eDavki portal by means of a user name (tax identification number) and a password. This means that you can send, examine, file and check forms and sign eVročilnica (proof of service) on the eDavki portal including by using a tablet and a mobile device. To register your user account you must provide your email address, your tax identification number, the reference number of the indicative calculation of your personal income tax or a code. If you have no indicative calculation of your personal income tax, choose the box "I have no personal income tax calculation – get a code". You will then receive a code at your address as shown in FURS's records, by which you will be able to activate your user account.
The scope of application of eDavki portal when accessed with a user account:
- You cannot access the profiles of your authorising persons who have the status of legal persons or natural persons engaged in a business activity.
- You can access the profiles of your authorising persons who have the status of natural persons.
- You can send forms and examine documents on their behalf within the scope of the authority conferred upon you.
Access to eDavki portal with eDavki mobile application
eDavki mobile application (Android, IOS) is intended for natural persons. It offers numerous functionalities of operations conducted with FURS. In addition to forms, contacts and general information, it also provides a personalized calendar through which you will receive notifications of your actual liabilities and rights (e.g. notification of expiry of time limit for payment of certain tax). If your employer fails to settle and pay your social security contributions, we will keep you informed through the application. A form pre-filled with data from their last year application is available to taxable persons, who claim relief for dependents.
The application also enables work on behalf of other taxable persons. So the legal representative of business entity and the authorised person of natural person may file and receive documents and check data on behalf of the represented person. The application provides receiving and filtered receiving of push messages and notices for the represented taxable person to the legal representative and to the authorized person. In the application there is also a calendar available with recorded general (grey), taxable person's (red) and represented person (green) events. Furthermore, the filtering of presenting the events on the calendar is also provided.
If you want to enter, you need a username (tax number) and a password, which you use for entry via a user account. If you have not yet entered eDavki portal via a user account, you may carry out the registration of user account in the application. The registration of user account requires an e-mail address, tax number, number of the indicative personal income tax calculation (IID) or code. The scope of application of eDavki portal if you enter via eDavki mobile application:
- You can access only to your profiles of natural person and of sole trader.
- You can access to the profile of natural person, who has authorized you as the authorised person (you cannot access to that person's profile of sole trader).
- The legal representative may access to the profile of legal person, where this person is the legal representative.
Granting an authorisation
eDavki portal facilitates simple authorisation of other persons for electronic tax operations on behalf of the taxable person.
Electronic proof of service cannot be signed if eDavki is accessed with a user account or via eDavki mobile application.

VDČ form (dependents) was filed for 2018 via eDavki portal by 66.761 taxable persons, for 2019 there were even 98.454 electronic applications for dependents and for 2020 the number has increased even to 139.295, which represents the share of approximately 55% of all filed applications.
