eDavki – electronic tax management system

The eDavki portal is the IT system of the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia used in electronic transactions with the Financial Administration. It ensures the convenient, easy and safe transmission of tax forms and receipt of documents served by the Financial Administration (eVročanje). The use of the portal (submission of forms and receipt of documents) is obligatory for all business entities. The legal representative of business entities (sole traders and legal entities) access to eDavki portal into the profile of business entities with a qualified digital certificate for employees, with a qualified digital certificate for a natural person, with a user account of a natural person or eDavki mobile application. An employee of business entity or an external provider access to eDavki portal into the profile of business entity only with a qualified digital certificate (under condition that such person has appropriate EDP rights granted).

Access to the eDavki portal with a qualified digital certificate

If taxable persons use qualified digital certificates, they may file applications and receive documents via eDavki portal. Appropriate equipment and an appropriate digital certificate are required. The procedure for obtaining a qualified digital certificate can be found on the eDavki portal. You may choose from among four qualified digital certificates (SIGEN-CA /free/, POŠTA®CA, AC-NLB, and HALCOM CA).

In addition to the access to their profile of natural persons, natural persons, who have a status of company's legal representative (operator of activity, director, authorised agent, etc.), have at the same time also system access to company's profile based on a qualified digital certificate issued to a natural person.

The legal representatives of company (operator of activity, director, authorised agent, etc.) who access to eDavki portal with qualified digital certificates for employees, have system access to the profile of their company. The legal representative of company shall internally authorize users, who enter with a qualified digital certificate for employees in his or her company, for work with forms within eDavki portal. The company's legal representative shall externally authorize other users (third persons) for work with forms within eDavki portal.

Access to eDavki portal with a user account for natural persons

Natural persons can also access the eDavki portal by means of a user name (tax identification number) and a password. To register your user account you need to provide your email address, your tax identification number, the reference number of the indicative calculation of your personal income tax or a code. If you have no indicative calculation of your personal income tax, choose the box "I have no personal income tax calculation – get a code". You will then receive a code to your address as shown in FURS's records, by which you will be able to activate your user account.

In addition to the access to their profile of natural persons, natural persons, who have a status of company's legal representative (operator of activity, director, authorised agent, etc.), have at the same time also system access to company's profile. This means that you may submit and check forms for your company and sign eVročilnica (proof of service) in eDavki portal also with the use of tablets and mobile devices.

Access to eDavki portal with eDavki mobile application

eDavki mobile application (AndroidIOS) is intended for natural persons. It offers numeruos functionalities of operations conducted with FURS. In addition to forms, contacts and general information, it also provides a personalized calendar through which you will receive notifications of your actual liabilities and rights (e.g. notification of expiry of time limit for payment of certain tax). If your employer fails to settle and pay your social security contributions, we will keep you informed through the application. A form pre-filled with data from their last year application is available to taxable persons, who claim relief for dependents.

The application also enables work on behalf of other taxable persons. So the legal representative of business entity and the authorised person of natural person may file and receive documents and check data on behalf of the represented person. The application provides receiving and filtered receiving of push messages and notices for the represented taxable person to the legal representative and to the authorized person. In the application there is also a calendar available with recorded general (grey), taxable person's (red) and represented person (green) events. Furthermore, the filtering of presenting the events on the calendar is also provided.

If you want to enter, you need a username (Slovenian Tax ID number) and a password, which you use for entry via a user account. If you have not yet entered eDavki portal via a user account, you may carry out the registration of user account in the application. The registration of user account requires an e-mail address, Slovenian Tax ID number, number of the indicative personal income tax calculation (IID) or code.

Notice

Business entities must use the eDavki portal to submit and receive documents. If you do not have the necessary equipment to access the eDavki portal, you can appoint a proxy.

Granting an authorisation

The eDavki portal facilitates the simple authorisation of other persons for electronic tax operations on behalf of the taxable person.

Did you know?

For the purposes of electronic service through the eDavki portal, which is compulsory for all business entities, the eVrocanje-POS form can be used to communicate one or more email addresses to which you wish to receive informative notices on electronically sent documents through the eDavki portal. If you fail to do so, you assume the responsibility to regularly access the eDavki portal and check for informative email messages (eVrocanje-Obv form).
